2026テーザー級世界選手権国頭大会実行委員会（以下「当委員会」といいます。）は、当委員会が運営する大会および関連サービス（以下「本大会」といいます。）において取得する個人情報について、その重要性を認識し、適切な保護と管理に努めます。

Tasar World Championships 2026 in Kunigami Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Committee”) recognizes the importance of personal information collected in connection with the operation of the event and related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) and is committed to protecting and managing such information appropriately.

氏名、チーム名、国籍

生年月日、年齢
連絡先情報
大会参加に必要な競技情報

（※クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は当委員会では保持しません）

The Organizing Committee collects personal information only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Event through the following means:

Entry and registration forms
Account registration and login
Inquiry and contact forms
Information provided in connection with payment procedures

Name, team name, nationality

Date of birth and age
Contact information
Competition-related information required for participation
Payment-related identifiers
(Please note that the Organizing Committee does not store credit card numbers or similar payment information.)

当委員会は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、
適切な安全管理措置を講じ、個人情報を厳重に管理します。

当委員会は、以下の場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

ご本人の同意がある場合

大会運営に必要な範囲で、業務委託先に提供する場合

なお、決済処理については、外部決済サービス（Stripe）を利用しており、
決済に関する情報は当該サービス提供事業者のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。

The Organizing Committee will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

When consent has been obtained from the individual
When disclosure is required by law
When disclosure is necessary for event operations and provided to subcontractors

Payment processing is handled by an external payment service provider (Stripe), and payment-related information is managed in accordance with that provider’s privacy policy.
